Pre-press

  • We correct or enhance each file to allow for better reproduction on press

  • We offer scanning and can create, modify and proof in-house

Printing

Indigo 5500 digital offset printer
  • Print-on-demand service - cost-effective printing of only what you need, when you need it
  • Incredible quality - matches offset or exceeds it by producing higher resolution, higher gloss and sharper images for shorter runs
  • Every printed piece can be totally different from the previous one - 100% variable content printing is now possible in full colour, opening up endless opportunities in one-to-one marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), direct mail, call-centre fulfillment, sequential numbering and security solutions
  • Special pantone capabilities - CMYK simulated with capability for one special pantone colour
  • Produces on wide range of stocks - from 60lb to 16pt board, gloss or matte text and cover weight, plastics and permanent adhesive
  • Produces in a wide range of sizes - largest sheet size 13" X 19", smallest sheet size 8 1/2 X 11, largest image area 12 ½" X 17 ¾"
  • Produces with a wide range of finishes - matte or gloss coating, laminate, UV coat
  • Suitable for brochures, direct mail, books, photo specialty products, labels, packaging and plastic cards
Offset press
  • Print-on-demand service - cost-effective printing of only what you need, when you need it
  • Produces on wide range of stocks - from 50lb to 24pt cover, gloss or matte text and cover weight
  • Produces in a wide range of sizes - largest sheet size 20.87” X 29.13”, smallest sheet size 8 1/2 X 11, largest image area 20.08” X 29.13”
  • Produces with a wide range of finishes - Matte or Gloss coating
  • Suitable for larger format jobs of 2,000 pieces or more - posters, presentation folders, flyers, sell sheets, door hangers, and booklets (8 – 24 pages)

Full bindery
  • Includes cutting, folding, scoring, collating, coil-binding, stitching, drilling, shrink-wrapping, die-cutting, perforating, d-tapping and padding
  • Some inventory depending on space required

Delivery service
  • On-time delivery based on your needs
